Esther presented at a work event and I started following her on Instagram. She resonated exactly with what I wanted my goals in life to be. I didn't just want to lose weight I needed a lifestyle change. It was her post "You don't need motivation, you need a plan" that hit hard and exactly what I've been needing. I remember deciding to message her but once we started chatting I realized I needed to wait until busy season at work was done. The biggest help was the mindset shifts. The in-person sessions were exactly what I needed. I needed to see her and get her input, working out wasn't as hard to implement in my day to day.
