For over a decade, I have taken every opportunity I could to learn about health and wellness and share it with anyone who would listen.

In 2023, I decided to join Active Life and become an Active Life Professional to level up my skills and help people achieve the health and wellness they desire and deserve. Healthy Roots Coaching was born.

As an Active Life Professional I help bridge the gap between fitness and healthcare.
